機房是燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機組運行的場所，其環(huán)境安全直接影響機組的運行狀態(tài)。首先，機房應(yīng)采用敞開式或半敞開式，地面應(yīng)平整且易于清掃，避免可燃物積聚。若采用封閉式機房，則應(yīng)按《建筑設(shè)計防火規(guī)范》中的防爆要求設(shè)計，門窗應(yīng)外開，并設(shè)置大流量排風(fēng)裝置，防止可燃?xì)怏w積聚。此外，機房與操作間應(yīng)隔開，觀察窗口應(yīng)采用雙層玻璃并設(shè)置鋼絲網(wǎng)防護。機房內(nèi)還應(yīng)設(shè)有避雷裝置，確保設(shè)備免受雷電損害。

四、電氣安全

燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機組的電氣部分同樣需要注意安全。機房內(nèi)電氣設(shè)施應(yīng)為防爆型，進行電氣維修時，必須切斷電源。其次，在燃?xì)夤艿肋M機房處，應(yīng)設(shè)置緊急閥門，以備廠房內(nèi)發(fā)生緊急情況時，可迅速切斷氣源。此外，機房內(nèi)要安置燃?xì)鉂舛葓缶?，?dāng)環(huán)境濃度在爆炸和中毒濃度范圍以內(nèi)時，必須強制通風(fēng)，降低濃度后方可啟動機組。
